Southeast Asian Cooking Class scheduled in Gold Beach

Southwestern Oregon Community College will be bringing the tastes of Southeast Asia to Gold Beach.

In the Southeast Asian Cooking Class, participants will have the opportunity to learn cooking techniques of Thailand and Vietnam. The hands-on class features a full-flavored five-course meal. Students will share in preparing the different dishes then enjoy a marvelous feast.

The class is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 20, at the Oregon State University Extension Service Office in Gold Beach. Cost is $36.
