Office Occupations courses to be offered in Curry County

Office Occupations professionals and those aspiring to careers in the field will have the opportunity to beef up their skills with five different Southwestern Oregon Community College courses offered in Curry County during Winter Term, which begins Jan. 8.

Three-credit courses will be available in Office Procedures, Keyboarding I, Keyboarding Skill Building and Filing/Records Management at $244 each for credit or $151 for personal interest. An Electronic Calculator class also will be part of the lab, offered for $96 for one credit or $65 for personal interest. All five courses will be offered in a lab setting under the guidance of an instructor, with students learning at their own pace.
