Event to celebrate early childhood professionals

Southwestern Oregon Community College is teaming up with other area organizations to offer a Celebration of Early Childhood Professionals from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, at the South Coast ESD building on Teakwood in Coos Bay.

The event is a kick-off for the annual Week of the Young Child and all early childhood education providers are invited to attend for a light meal and appreciation. The Coos Bay School District, Coos County Commission on Children and Families, the Children’s Advocacy Center and Southwestern are partnering to offer the event.
