Southwestern sets International Student Carnival

Southwestern Oregon Community College will be celebrating cultures from all over the world with an International Student Carnival from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, in the Hales Center for the Performing Arts lobby on the campus in Coos Bay.

The event – put together by the International Students at Southwestern – will include aspects of different students’ cultures including those from Korea, China, Japan, Mongolia, Italy, Taiwan and the Philippines. The activity is free to all who wish to participate.
