Southwestern Curry Dean finalists to meet residents

Residents in Curry County will have opportunities to meet finalist candidates for the Southwestern Oregon Community College Curry County Dean position.

The dean will lead Southwestern efforts in Curry County and serve as the face of the College there. Five finalist candidates have been selected and community members are invited to meet with them and ask questions on Tuesday, June 5, and Wednesday, June 6, in three different Curry County communities.

Forums are scheduled at 8 a.m. on June 5 at the Southwestern Brookings Center; 7 p.m. on June 5 at the Oregon State University Extension Service office at the Curry County fairgrounds in Gold Beach; and 8 a.m. on June 6 at Port Orford City Hall.
