Southwestern announces Skills Day winners

South Coast students from throughout the Southwestern Oregon Community College District came together in April on the Southwestern campus in Coos Bay for Skills Day.

Those students had the opportunity to showcase their skills in a variety of competitions ranging from arts and sciences to math and job skills. There were competitions in welding, machine shop, AutoCAD, Web editing, PowerPoint, garage bands, networking, T-shirt design, math, art and PC troubleshooting.
