Southwestern honors 2008 top academic achievers

Southwestern Oregon Community College is announcing its Southwestern Scholar students for the 2007/08 academic year.

To achieve Southwestern Scholar status, students must have been listed on the Academic Excellence list – which requires a 4.0 grade-point average in at least 12 graded credit hours – or Honor Roll – which requires a grade-point average between 3.5 and 3.99 in at least 12 graded credit hours – for fall, winter and spring terms.
