Cost of Attendance  at Southwestern – The cost of attendance is the total estimated expenses for one year including tuition and fees, housing and food, books, supplies, course materials, equipment, transportation, and miscellaneous expenses.

Per Course Fee – This fee is charged each term to students who enroll in undergraduate credit classes. The proceeds go toward testing and proctoring services, graduation, academic transcripts, degree verification process, parking, and other record keeping requirements.

Per Credit Fee – This fee allows students to access campus services such as computer labs, student recreation center, student events and activities. The per credit fee also pays for the materials and supplies associated with the class enrolled in  (i.e. science lab supplies, art class materials) and a portion of this fee allows for the upkeep and renewal of campus technology infrastructure in support of classrooms, computer labs, and campus information systems.

Online and Hybrid Fee – These fees pay for costs associated with providing students with online courses, including the delivery platform.

Late Fee – This fee is assessed on delinquent accounts for administrative costs associated with account tracking and reporting.  An account is considered delinquent if payment is not received on the agreed upon due dates outlined during the registration process and/or payment plan arrangement.
